GMCGA President and Secretary visit to Ear to Hear center of excellence
Gandhi Medial College Global Alumni Association (GMCGA) President Dr. Venkat Boduvala (2020 – 22), and the Secretary Dr. Rajsheker Kollipara (2020 – 22), has visited the Ear to Hear centre for excellence facility on 22 Jan 2020. Our Managing trustee Mr. GV Sethuraman introduced staffs and the facility. They were explained about the Newborn Hearing Screening (NBHS) and the protocol we use to detect hearing impairment. The officials have also asked many questions regarding the testing procedures and challenges faced by MVF. After the brief discussion, our Trustees Mr. GV Sethuraman and Ms. Vasantha Sethuraman felicitated the officials with a memento with Ear to Hear info, followed by which they also witnessed the NBHS at postnatal ward. They were impressed and exited and was discussing about the sound treatment at postnatal wards.
